ΖΑΚΥΝΘΟΣ: ΕΚΚΛΗΣΗ ΝΑ ΒΡΕΘΕΙ Ο ΙΔΙΟΚΤΗΤΗΣ ΤΟΥ ΝΕΚΡΟΥ ΑΛΟΓΟΥ. ΟΠΟΙΟΣ ΜΠΟΡΕΙ ΝΑ ΑΝΑΓΝΩΡΙΣΕΙ ΑΥΤΟ ΤΟ ΑΛΟΓΟ ΑΣ ΜΙΛΗΣΕΙ ΣΤΙΣ ΑΡΧΕΣ Ή ΑΣ ΜΑΣ ΣΤΕΙΛΕΙ ΜΗΝΥΜΑ. Σε περιοχή κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο, πίσω από τα αλουμίνια, διερχόμενος κάτοικος εντόπισε το νεκρό ζώο να σαπίζει. Το πιθανότερο να το είχαν μόνιμα δεμένο στο χωράφι. Φανταστείτε το μαρτύριο του χωρίς νερό, φαγητό κάτω από τον καύσωνα της προηγούμενης εβδομάδας. Καπίστρι και σκοινί έχουν εξαφανιστεί και σίγουρα το άλογο δεν στεκόταν εκεί με την δική του θέληση. Σύμφωνα με το ένστικτο της επιβίωσης θα είχε κινηθεί, αν φυσικά μπορούσε, για να βρει νερό. Αν πάλι κάνουμε λάθος και πέθανε από κάποια αρρώστια γιατί ο ιδιοκτήτης του δεν φρόντισε για ταφή ή καύση; Παραβιάζοντας κάθε κανόνα ηθικής και δημόσιας υγιεινής.
Για αυτόν τον λόγο πιστεύουμε πως η ιατροδικαστική έκθεση ή γνωμάτευση ιππίατρου θα μπορούσε να μας πει την αλήθεια για τον θάνατο αυτού του αλόγου. Θα ήταν πιο εύκολο να τα προστατεύσουμε αν ήταν υποχρεωτική η ηλεκτρονική σήμανση ή έστω η καταγραφή για όλα τα ιπποειδή ανά Δήμο ή Νομό στην χώρα μας.

In an area close to the airport, behind the aluminum, a passing through resident spotted the dead animal rotting. More likely poor animal was permanently tied at this field. Imagine its suffer without water, food under the heat wave of last week. Head collar and rope have disappeared and certainly this horse was not standing there on its own will. Trying to survive he or she could have moved if that was possible. Of course if we are wrong and the horse died of a disease then why the owner did not care for burial or burning? Violating every rule of morality and public health.
This is the reason we strongly believe that a forensic or a vet’s report could tell us the truth about the death of this horse. We can protect them if we know where they are. This is the reason why electronic tagging or even registration for all equines per municipality or county administrative in Greece should be required.
